“I was actually there for the first time on 2/18/17 and had a good time. The bartenders were nice and prompt. I ordered a jack an coke and it was the best i have had in quite awhile. . The band was awesome.. The women's restroom could have used some tidying up.. But beyonf that it was a grest experience. . Maybe it would be cool to have an Open Mic Comedy Nighy sometime hosted by Derek Dawson ...“

“We have just had the best pizza in years at the Red Fox Tavern. Definitely our go to stop from now on, with our trips out of Whitianga when heading north. Staff are great and country views beautiful.“

Brooke was a great and friendly server that made us feel at home and ensured that our drinks never ran dry while we enjoyed the game. “They place needs a good cleaning. Tables were sticky and floors were not the cleanest. I ordered the French onion soup which lacked very many onions and a very small crouton under the cheese. The soup came out fairly quickly however the soup wasn’t very warm. We also ordered shrimp tacos that were very “wet”“
