A friend of mine told me I should check out Mansfield Nutrition . Marissa is extremely knowledgeable! Walked in clueless, walked out with an amazing carrot cake smoothie with a peach pineapple energy tea thay gave me the boost I needed and kept me feeling full and satisfied for over 7 hrs.
