Probably one of the worst. Literally the absolute slowest. I stood inside waiting for my mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 1017 & it's been 15 minutes past & I'm still waiting without even a greeting. They have always been so slow.

On the rare occasion we eat fast food, BK on Ashland Rd. always hits the spot. The food is hot, never skimpy on the condiments and the closing crew is polite and engaging. I practically beg my husband to go there on the way home late nights for a whopper from this location. Keep up the great work!

If you order pick-up on the App, they will not prepare it until you get there. If you now need to cancel your order. There is no way to do that, no way to ask for a refund. They just keep your money.
