The staff is very cheerful and they help each other throughout my visit… it’s nice to see people with smiling faces… it made the food taste much better. I was early picking up my order… they made sure I had enough condiments for my order… ty

Tried to order the any pizza any toppings special online which was required. I tried for 20minuntes. The ordee would not go through. I called the store to make sure i didn't have ten pizzas waiting for me and it went through with out me realizing. But no such luck. Store said nothing they could do. I said i was going to try one more time then if the order didnt go through i was going to go to pizza hut. I tried again it got to where it teally looked like it might have worked. I called the store but no it did not. I was really frustrated at this point. I was told to call their it department. I should have demanded to speak with a manager but i was hungry. And went somewhere else. Has anyone else had this problem?

Wow couldn’t have been to a worse domino’s. They scammed me! Can you believe that? They took my order, told me 45 minutes, then never came. It was like pulling teeth just to get a refund on a pizza I NEVER received! I guess I should have looked at the reviews before placing my order. Smh

ETA of 15 min was given. I showed up 25 min after and was told it had 10 min left (I ordered one two topping pizza). They didn’t put the pizza in until about 10 min after asking so therefore still had to be baked. About 25 min after asking about my order and 50 minutes after placing (when was supposed to be a 15 min order) my pizza is “done”. I get home pick up a slice and every topping slides off. Every single piece. Took a bite and the dough was not even cooked all the way through. The middle was not cooked/very minimally baked. I had to throw the entire pizza out. I’ve reached out to customer support and this was two weeks ago and still nothing. Waiting on the pizza was one thing but having a pizza not thoroughly cooked when it took over 3x the estimated time to be ready is wild !

This dominos is amazing. I’ve legit been getting food from this place for years and they’ve always been on point whether it’s delivery, pickup window, etc. They’ve only ever forgotten an item or “messed it up” ONE time in the hundreds of orders I’ve made from this store. Their service in store and from their delivery drivers is always amazing and they’re always very nice and helpful. Huge props to this management and team. They’re awesome!
