Gertz Culinary just supplied a 4 course tasting menu at an Airbnb for our daughters wedding and we loved everything they did from the delicious food and amazing charcutier board to the first class service and even left overs to take home with us Cant wait to book his food truck or even another dinner party

Guests raved about the food! Willing to work with ANY BUDGET! However, I was not expecting them to advertise the way they did with 6ft retractable signs and business cards. On the downside, we were also supposed to receive leftovers, and the amount they left was not proportional to the number of meals that should have still been served. In addition, I left containers so the food could be separated, but they put everything together and took what I left.

Gertz Culinary provided the food for our wedding on 9/30/23. We had a great experience! Before deciding on what we wanted, Will gave us several options based on what our vision was and we were able to try all of the options we were interested in before our big day. We ended up going with salad, bread, flank steak with bourbon sauce, ham wrapped chicken with spinach, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, green beans, and carrots.
