KFC offers a mixed experience with some ups and downs. While the extra crispy may not be as good as it used to be and the prices have gone up, the staff at the Mansfield location stood out for their excellent service. Customers can still enjoy a satisfying meal like the mashed potatoes and buttermilk biscuit, as long as they catch it at the right time.
