The manager here is insanely rude. Screamed at us twice and hung up because we called to try to figure out why we’d been waiting for 72 minutes for our food. He was rude and I would never recommended this establishment to anyone! Don’t order from this place unless you want to be treated like garbage. It’s literally your job to handle calls whether you’re busy or not!
Terrible customer service. Still cannot get a refund for a wrong pizza delivered to my house last weekend. Cannot get through to anybody at the local store by phone. Was told by the manager on duty that she would lose her job if she gave me a refund for their mistake. This was after I paid for delivery and then drove to the store with the wrong pizza in hand. I did not want to wait another 2 hours for a new pizza. Still waiting to hear back from upper management after calling...read full review
