The food is outstanding, but there are zero accommodations for disabled people who want to pick up their own orders. NO curbside pickup. You can't even pay at the order station at the front of the store and have them bring the order up for you. You have to walk all the way to the back of the store to pay for and pick up your order. The employees told me there were strict rules about what they were allowed to do for customers, even disabled ones.

Food is great. Pretty pricey for what you get but it's good. Staff is hit or miss. Sometimes great sometimes I've seen them arguing with one another and complaining about people calling off right in front of customers. So sometimes not very professional but that does seem to be the way of the world these days. Expect trashy service because most of these places are going to provide just that. This place isn't awful by any means but when people are paying 60 bucks...

Best fast food sammich shop chain. The Cheesesteak is so good. The fries are county fair style fries, and I absolutely love them.
Oh, and the lemonade is fantastic.
That's my meal every time I order, and I've never been dissatisfied.
Definitely a go-to for me when I've decided I'm having a cheat day.
