Absolutely loved the ambience and the food and to take in the whole experience!!! Price point appears appropriate. The only downside was the “noise level” of the 10 or 12 seat table in the middle of the room that included a baby. Too often sets the tone of the room to be too loud. Not what you want to enjoy on a Saturday night “date night out.”
Prohibition at the Caverns is so much fun that you will want to experience it with others. We had an 8-course meal that was fabulous. We cleaned our plate for each course. The staff was wonderful. They explained the courses, were friendly, and you could tell that they enjoyed working there. The restaurant is in caverns found when Hudson and Essex was being built. We enjoyed an 8 course meal with the wine pairing. The food was delicious and the atmosphere very unique! Definitely would recommend this place for anyone wanting a special and unique dining experience!
