We walked up and the glass and food area was filthy. We looked around and everything was filthy. If the food/vegie bin is this filthy, do they was their hamds?

I'm not gong to find out. We turned right around and went down a couple exits to another SubWay that was clean.

One star.. because i went in there and asked the guy if they guys in front of me ordered anything with pork, he said yes, i said ok complete your order with them and ill wait, when he was done i asked if he could change gloves and do my food cuz i dont eat pork.. and kept on saying everything has pork, and i kept telling him changing gloves would be enough for me, and he said not gonna serve you i dont have serve you.. and he was on the phone with his manager.. very disgraceful and disrespectful people.
and has bad language which i dont wanna write here.

They don't know how to do their job. I paid for the online order, they started explaining that they won't make me a sandwich, because they don't make a meal of day, although I paid for it.

This is the worst place for the Truck Driver to stop I make my order online when I got inside picking my order it wasn’t ready what they told me is they don’t make orders until you get inside so what’s the point to order online? I’m a truck driver. I got my fuel pull forward for the next trucker doing the right thing for everybody keep moving, but the people inside are rude and when the girl was making my order, she dropped it on the floor and she told me they have no bags to pack my food as bad. I don’t recommend this place for any Truck Driver on top of the they want to charge me a dollar for wrap my sandwich separately 24 years I got to be a truck driver first time I heard I go through these these things they make it hard on everybody. I don’t know what the point is.

Stopped for lunch while traveling, this subway didnt have bread at 1pm... said it just came out of the oven and would be 15 minutes. Waited 15 minutes, went back in and a different person working said it would be atleast an hour for bread and didnt know why the other person said 15 minutes. Very i convenient.

Just wanted to leave a review because the guy that was working tonight was really kind and had great customer service, I don’t remember his name but I have and employee # I believe on my receipt 99997 please keep him on board we need more people like him in the world ❤️

They stall and refuse to give refunds on orders from the subway app even when over half the order isn’t delivered. Make sure not to order from this place online, it’s a waste of your money and time. I had to send all the info (photos of the reciept and transcripts of the phone calls with employees to corporate so thankfully i saved those.)

Don’t order from them using the subway app that’s for sure. They’ll not send you half of your order then when you try to get your money refunded for the missing items they say there’s no manager. Then when you finally get ahold of the manager they’ll ask for your phone number and never call you back and stall till a refund can no longer be issued again because the manager happens to leave again right after. All around scummy service and people working here.
