“Genuinely the best Chik-fil-A I ever been to! I utilize the Macedonia location for catering for my company quite often and their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced!!!! The Catering Director, Aaron, is fantastic! He is one of the kindest & most helpful individuals I’ve ever come in contact with! He goes out of his way to make sure my orders are always perfect. He & his team at the Macedonia location do an amazing job! In addition, the Owner Dan Stanko & Catering Director Aaron, went out of their way to graciously donate food & gift cards for a large community church event my company was sponsoring. They definitely provide top notch, customer service & are wonderful human beings at the Macedonia location. Thank you for providing such great service everyday!!“

“The first time I went there it was fantastic. The hot is as advertised hot but tasty. Fries were good too. Dave's sauce and pickles were tasty as well. I was sceptical on the amount of food because I saw just tenders and sliders but it was more than enough I am stuffed. The staff was great even though I showed up close to closing. All in all great experience can't wait to go back and try it again.“

EDIT: admittedly I am very biased about my chicken and some of the other chicken spots within Cleveland aren't exactly in my top 10 the crispy chicken spot in the rapid stop gas station on East 55th and Payne the only other chicken serving restaurant that I'll ever go to besides them is red Walters over near East 85th Street those are the only two chicken restaurants or spots in general in Cleveland that me and my family will go to otherwise we don't go anywhere else we don't touch nobody else chicken if it ain't made within the house or in them two businesses“

“I regularly eat at this, raising Cane’s with my brother all the time. I just had a really bad day and started a new job today and spent the last of my money on Bills. I only had enough for a fountain drink, so I came in to get one and Jeremiah was extremely kind and let me use what I had to buy the fries and the drink. I am truly truly grateful for him today. “I love the food. They have some of the best biscuits in the business, and of course we ordered 4 biscuits and only 1 comes in the box, smh. Of course the kids like the biscuits and they split the one biscuit. I guess it was my fault for not checking the box. At least the kids were happy.“
