Horrible customer service. My hardworking blue collar husband ordered curbside after a long hot day at work. When he called to let them know he was there, he was told they’d be right out. 15ish minutes later he finally went in to get it and a “stringy haired dirty looking” male told him he was “sorry you’re too lazy to come in”. We likely will never be back to the Marietta location.
We used to always come to Bob Evans in Marietta living close by. But today was the absolute WORST service we have witnessed. We were seated promptly, we placed our order for breakfast within 15 minutes. After waiting 40 minutes , watching two other families get tired of waiting and leave we also got up and left. Our order wasn't even up for the waitress from kitchen after 40 minutes! We went to IHOP got breakfast and was out and headed home in 35 minutes.
