They can’t get an order correct. When I ask for NO mayonnaise they put twice as much. When ask for a Baconator they give you a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and charge the price of a Baconator. You can ask for sauce, you won’t get it! Employees have been yelling at each other. Employees socializing with their friends in the drive thru holding up line.
Rude rude rude !!! Horrible customer service got my order wrong I was nice respectful about both manager and employe was absolutely disgustingly rude I would never go back to Marietta Wendy’s ever !!! Worst fkn attitude ever and food is disgusting seriously need some intervention In that place I mean seriously I don’t even know how they are still open it is a wonder they haven’t been sued.
Fries had to have sat there all day, distustingly stale and cold. burger was cold and soggy. last time ill be going to this store, they have messed up our order every single time.
