“We had an overall great experience. A car pulled up while we were at the tables. He was very rude to the young waiter. Through his food at the waiter. The waiter responded appropriately. Then proceeded to work with a smile on his face and not let the terrible customer get him down. He even apologized for us having to see that interaction. He should get a raise“

“I love this Arby's. Recently it wasn't their best day. My fish sandwich was cool not hot. Still refrigerator cool. And thd cheese wasn't melted. It did have a tremendous amount of tartar sauce which, got all over yhe place because it costed the wrapper and I didn't realize until I touched several other things. They were out of sweet tea.
The fish having not been warmed (I assume it was cooked from the supplier) still made me sick and it's been an awful afternoon.
I mean get the roast beef. They're a good store. Not to bash them I appreciate the staff and service here. With all the customers it's not perfect every single time.“

“I had heard a lot of bad reviews on social media about this store since management had changed. My husband want something different Saturday night 4/23/2023 picked up at 810 pm. We kicked around the idea of Sonic, Chipotle, Arbys, and settled on Subway. Best sandwich we have had in a very long time from anywhere. The gentleman working was very nice, everything was fresh and the store was bright and clean.“

“I’ve tried the cold subs and the hot subs. I can say I’ve never been disappointed with any selection I’ve tried. This sub places blows all of the other sub places out of the water. “You know, BK is one you can count on to be consistent! Sure the fries may smell like fish sometimes. For the most part the food is exactly as you'd want. The service is pretty consistent too. BK is a reliable restaurant chain. Much appreciation for the staff.“

I'm glad she did. I always love cheese on my whopper. And suggesting other things like up sizing my meal. Always polite when I come. And has left me with a smile. Of anyone needs a raise it's her.“

“I went here with my wife and 5 year old grandson during the evening rush and we ordered our food and when we sit down to eat it it was the best sandwich I ever got from subway. Emily and the other girl was very nice and friendly while we was there. For great food and great service I would highly recommend this subway.“

“Let me start by saying I only ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday and it was PERFECT. Very well decorated, good price, and terrific taste! We loved it! So 5 stars for that experience. However, I will also say that the actual food is very sub par and too expensive for the quality and quantity that you get. I ordered 2 coney dogs and they were some of the worst I'd ever had. Imagine a watery broth with chili powder and cummin and full of dehydrated onions reconstituted in the watery broth. That was their version of coney sauce... I also really wish the franchises would carry the same food as the company stores. Like hamburgers, fries, onion rings, etc. I realize that would involve the expense of a fryer, etc. but it's just not the same without that. Anyway if you need a cake or ice cream they can't be beat!!“
