I went to Panera tonight for just a coffee. Worst experience EVER! I put my order in at 7:33pm for just a large coffee. During my curbside wait, an employee had brought an order out to someone that had pulled up after me. She looked right at me and went back inside. So, she knows I am there for my order at this point. No one comes back outside with my coffee. Come 8PM. I had enough waiting, put my mask on, and go inside to ask for my order. The same women is wiping down a table...read full review
Twice my order has been wrong from this location. How does " egg white, cheese, and aruggala" order end up being a sandwhich covered with goat cheese and pesto and a bunch of other stuff? pleaae ask staff to confirm order!
