Absolute worst customer service. The absolute worst attitudes of management and employees! Also, girl at the window would not be considered under serve safe, so the health department should come check out this facility. Wonder what the Marion County Health department would say?????

I go there to get a smash burger, they literally take my order and make me wait 10 minutes, then tell me oh I’m so sorry we are out of smash burgers. It happened 3 times. It is very unprofessional of them. I’m not sure how they are staying in business. It’s ridiculous.
Literally every single time, they are out of something. Hot dogs, tortillas, ice cream, buns, chili, tots…it’s one thing to be out of something every now and then but every single time? And people standing around doing nothing inside and outside. It’s always a mess and bathrooms are disgusting. Half the drive up monitors don’t work either. Just a sad excuse for a restaurant period.
