I came through the drive thru Saturday morning. 7/19/25 I ordered a venti dark roast. Service was fast and polite, but when i was handed my coffee, before i could get it to my cup holder , the cap came off and the cup buckled and i ended up with coffee in my passenger seat (cloth) in my cup holder and on my hands.
