Went today and ordered food with my significant other she got half a sandwich and I got a full sandwich and they were the same size. Called to ask about it and was told they can’t be, then that they were too busy to stay on the phone to figure out a solution and slammed the phone down on us it was clearly heard.
ordered a pepperoni flatbread and when I picked it up it was cold. went back through the drive thru and the manager was polite and professional and quickly made me a new one that was hot and delicious. great customer service.
