The coffee is great, the food is fantastic for a good price and I have always had wonderful service here.Try the biscuits and gravy... They are cut in half and griddle cooked to give them a little crunch and they're served with a sausage patty in them. It's delicious!
I had the Mango Butter Rum French toast, bacon, and coffee. I was part of a large group. First, the food was delicious; everyone in the group enjoyed their food. My French toast was crispy and the mango topping was tasty. The bacon was sliced thick but not too crisp which is the way I enjoy it the best. The coffee was excellent as well. Half Day cafe is an incredible place to eat! I was in town visiting my sister, when she took me here! Our waiter was incredible and made my day with her bright charismatic personality! I ordered pancakes and bacon, and my sister ordered an omelette. Everything tasted AMAZING!!! I highly recommend, and they have plenty of options if you are vegetarian (like my sister)!
