We stopped in yesterday prior to our Daughters swim meet. We were very happy, we were going to eat and still be early. Wrong. It took twenty minutes to get the order placed. Their employee just could not get the order entered correctly.
After it was entered, 10 min passed and still didn’t have the bagel sandwich that we ordered. When I expressed to the manager that we had been waiting, her rude retort was: “What do you want ME to do? We are short employees (three were making sandwiches, etc) and we’re having equipment problems! So, I waited another 15 min and my Wife came in and said we have to leave. So, 55 min to get a cookie and milk. Never got the breakfast sandwich. And as a note, at the time, there were two other people in the place. To ensure that you don’t become frustrated, find another location. As a business owner… your employees are only as good as their manager! Panera should terminate her, immediately!

My kids love getting Panera Bagels but these should not be served...disappointed these where hidden in our bagel pack.

Coffee is consistently inconsistent. Hot, warm, full, empty...
Manager, Nichole, is bad. She left the registet while taking my order, she then refused to close the lid on my carryout salad, saying health policy prevents it. That is after she used her hands to make my salad.

Really bad service attitude. I ordered a delivery last night. I waited for an hour and still didn't get my food. No body answered until I called three times, and the lady that answered the phone was blaming me like I did something wrong. I have no problem with Panera, but I will definately not come to this one once again.

None was available to take my order. Stood at the counter for 5 min, multiple workers from the food prep area looked over and did not address me, or let me know if anyone would help me. I had to kindly call to a woman in the back who was baking bread, to take more order. She was pleasant, but definitely inconvenienced.
Ordered coffees and water as we were traveling a long distance, and participated in the sip club. Coffee was cold, I had to use the microwave which was ancient and breaking down.
The place needs some TLC (from the top down).

Dirty silverware detracted greatly from the dining experience. The food, ambience and service were exemplary as usual. The replacement silverware was dirty too. Food residue on the utensils.

Shoutout to Brad for being SO KIND to me and my friend, Dylan. He was so nice to us and made us feel very welcomed. He chatted with us for a bit and laughed and had a good time. Such a great guy. Food was good too! I recommend microwaving the pastries in the microwave near the coffee station:) makes it 10x better. The only thing is that the womens bathroom is veryy dirty on the floorss. but overall we had a great time and will definitely come back and hopefully see our new friend, Brad.
