Excellent service!
They don’t answer their phone. I called at 10:30a and 2:30p. I even tried to call catering. The manager there said they get so many complaints about Deerfield not answering their phone! At one point, they just picked up the phone an put the phone down. I could hear their entire conversation about cheddar broccoli soup, but they never answered. That is a hell of a way to run a business! I would never place an order there. What if you get home and it is wrong? I expect much more from Panera!

The drink I got tasted great, and I definitely recommend the place. Seemed well kept.
I will say that the employee wasn't very friendly. Not unfriendly but a little distant.

Brad was an awesome guy, he loved to crack jokes and is great at selling you on things. When you go to Panera ask for Brad. The atmosphere was loud with many kids but the food was phenomenal and staff was helpful, please give Brad a raise.

Manager, sorry I looked like a deer in headlights when you requested I put on my shoes (a reasonable request). It’s just I didn’t know if you were telling jokey jokes again like when we walked in. A time in which you felt like being the center of attention, so you headed to the counter to tell your joke about closing in three minutes. You left as abruptly as you showed up, leaving my friend and I (including the young woman behind the register) feeling uncomfortable.

Brad was so rude and disrespectful he barely took our order and was rude to his staff the entire time we were there I would never go to this location he should be fired.

We stopped in yesterday prior to our Daughters swim meet. We were very happy, we were going to eat and still be early. Wrong. It took twenty minutes to get the order placed. Their employee just could not get the order entered correctly.
After it was entered, 10 min passed and still didn’t have the bagel sandwich that we ordered. When I expressed to the manager that we had been waiting, her rude retort was: “What do you want ME to do? We are short employees (three were making sandwiches, etc) and we’re having equipment problems! So, I waited another 15 min and my Wife came in and said we have to leave. So, 55 min to get a cookie and milk. Never got the breakfast sandwich. And as a note, at the time, there were two other people in the place. To ensure that you don’t become frustrated, find another location. As a business owner… your employees are only as good as their manager! Panera should terminate her, immediately!
