Best staff EVER. Thanks for being kind to me when I’m in town.
Ordered a caramel machiato, extra hot and upside down. tasted like warm milk mixed with cough syrup. Reported this to the batista and asked them to fix it. she said that's how they make it. lol. manager came up and said that's how they make it. no. you do not use thin caramel syrup and with upside down you don't put syrup at the bottom of the cup. manager offered to make it again. this time with a cup that was sticky. Ordered two hot Mochas, one tasted like straight black coffee... Yuck! The drinks were ready to be handed out the drive through window, the baritsa finished a conversation with fellow employees, worked on two other drinks then finally handed out my drinks. 3-4 minutes is a long time when you have worked 14 hours & just want to go home. She had already put the sleeve & stopper in them an just walked away.😡
