I waited about 15 minutes for a shake in the mobile order pickup spot while probably a dozen cars went through the drive thru line. The shake was fine, thankfully. Hate to leave a poor review but it is what it is.

Took my elderly in-laws there today, as they have stopped driving. As we got them seated, a couple of employees appeared at our table and exclaimed “Hey there Mr. Fred!” It had been a while since they had been in and the employees expressed how glad they were to see my in-laws and how they had been worried about them.
