“Old Bardstown Crossing location :: I’m from 2hrs away and wanted something new and different while visiting my grandmother. This was a very refreshing option in a slew of bigger restaurants! The portions are VERY generous and everything is made right in front of you. Clean eating and doesn’t sit heavy on you. The storefront was clean and the two workers on duty were nice and always working hard.“

“Great experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! The staff is always friendly, the service is quick, and everything tastes fresh. My daughter absolutely loves this place and would go every day if she had the chance. It’s become one of our favorite spots for smoothies and a quick bite.“

“I really like this place I haven't been to this location yet though The staff was really nice and knowledgeable I got the chocolate covered strawberry shake that's my fave It did taste a little off today maybe a little watered down not sure but still good I also got a side of sweet potatoes not sure how fresh they were and I tried the mac and cheese made with queso that was okay could have used a little bit more queso I plan on going back to purchase the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and maybe some other things everything about the experience was good The only downfall is which isn't their fault they're kind of hidden in the outlet mall.“

“Some of the best chicken tenders I've had anywhere so far. Delicious and flavorful with a nice peppery zing. Very well seasoned. I do wish the tenders were a bit bigger, but a 3 piece, fries, and toast are very filling. Speaking of fries, the steak fries are incredible. Great customer service, friendly man at the register. Awesome food for my first visit to Tender Towne. I only wish they had one closer to me. That said, I will most definitely be back.“

“The very nice lady working here let me know that when I get a sandwich my smoothie comes out $4.99 I didn’t know that, I’ve been paying 7.99 at the Mason location for my smoothie ,even when I get a sandwich. For now on I’m coming here.“
