“I found Her Cheesecake online and since the closest Cheesecake Factory is an hour away from me I decided based on her reviews that I’d give her a chance…. WOW!!! I’m SOOOOO GLAD I DID!!! I called and made a custom order cheesecake for my special celebration a couple days in advance and she made an AMAZINGLY SPECTACULAR PERFECT CHEESECAKE for me just as I had requested!!! I am over the moon ecstatic with this cheesecake!!! A little back story… I’ve been on a strict diet for ONE FULL YEAR and this was my reward celebration for losing 123 lbs this year!! I only planned to take 1 day off my diet, but this cheesecake was so amazing I have added another day to enjoy it before I freeze the rest in individual serving containers.
