“The Howlin Bird was at a food truck event in canal Fulton. They provided excellent service in 80 degree weather not even factoring how hot it probably was in the truck. The guy was very polite friendly and patient while explaining different menu options to us. The food was great as well! We can’t wait to visit the north canton location soon!“

“This is a very clean restaurant with polite staff and the food is fresh. The parking lot is spacious and it's in a nice part of town. The hot food I ordered was hot and the cold items were cold. I had a perfect lunch there and will definitely return again.“

Our food was done when we got there, we were only in the drive through a minute or two - we ordered ahead in the app. Food was hot, fresh and delicious, would definitely order here again. We got a pot pie, and just fyi IF you are planning on ordering more than a few of them, it is smart to call ahead and give them a heads up - they can only keep so many fresh and waiting - pot pie is not quick at home either, and you can't deep fry it. 😆“

“We always order a 10 piece box, Even on bad days which seem to happen alot recently at this location the food is good.

Consistancy is extremely important, Recently we cant tell the hot from the medium and the chicken isnt being cooked as long or as well. Soft soggy not crispy.

We go to daves alot here in canton and Down in columbus. Columbus is always perfect, and canton was too until the last couple of months.

Please bring the care and quality back up to spec Canton location!!!!

“Drove 30 min to get there then 30 min in line Started my order with 2 large Mac and cheese was told they were out of it ! So I said thank you and left! How can you be out of Mac and cheese at 5:30 on a Saturday night!!!“

“The food was made to my order based on the kiosk entry. My order was prepared quickly and looked quite appealing. The food was hot and cooked to my satisfaction. I remember when the honey packets were filled with just honey and the label simply stated “honey”. The ingredients are now corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, honey, sugar, natural, and artificial flavor as stated on the packet labeled as honey sauce. I realize the additional ingredients make for a lower cost condiment and helps to increase the bottom line for KFC, but the flavor is not as good and is certainly less healthy.The only way of receiving a receipt is either email or text according to the kiosk screen. I would like the option to have a printed copy available.Overall, the dining experience was good. I will return.“
