Ordered food and waited approximately 45 minutes to get it. There were ZERO cars there while we waited. Told them we needed a bag of ice at the drive through. Came out with no ice. Told the girl we needed to order ice and she went back inside. 10 minutes goes by so I drive back around to the window and she comes to the window and asks if she can help me? not sure what the situation was tonight but I was in the drive through line and when it was my turn to order I was told to wait before ordering. Well after waiting for 8 min (my kids really wanted sonic) I left without being able to order and went over to Swensons. again, not sure of the situation however it is not the first time I've had delays like this at this location. disappointing, it's Sat night and only 2 cars in front of me.
Waited in line with three cars in front of me this Friday evening. Received my food , a cheeseburger, tots and mozzarella sticks and a coke. Before I pulled into the road to heave I reached In the bag fir a tit. Cold as ice. I live 1.5 miles from this place and when I hit into the house the cheese sticks were cold too.
