Tyler in drive thru was very accommodating with our order when we messed it up. He was a very respectful guy and is a very hard worker.
Will not be coming back to this location because you got rid of the build-your-own luxe boxes - arguably the only bargain meal left. Your efforts to save a penny and prioritize profits over the customer experience just lost you a regular. The Taco Bell on Cleveland Ave still offers the build-your-own luxe box, so that is where I will be taking my business from here on out. Very very disappointed, to say the least...
