Not sure what's going on in our Massillon area. but it's now closed on Sun. and open Mon-Sat 12pm-8pm. and all you can do is the drive thru. everything else is closed. This is horrible business, we love Sonic
Eh... We ordered through the app and got a milkshake but when we got to the drive through they told us they would have ice cream the next day. She said I could request a refund through the app. When I did which took some time to sort it out they eventually credited me with enough points for a milkshake. I don't live by a sonic. They also didn't have lettuce because neither of our orders had it.
Location was not very busy when we arrived. Very slow service, card reader at ordering screens inoperable. Ordered medium chili cheese fry, medium drink and Philly cheesesteak and a single order of the 5 piece chicken tenders. The drink and fry’s I received were smalls and the cheesesteak had cold white onions just tossed on it with very little cheese that wasn’t melted. The tenders were correct.
