“My meal was fine...but as we were putting the other half of my mom's meal in a carry out box...we found a very long hair wrapped all throughout her pasta. Naturally I already paid for the entire meal and tipped. We told the waitress and got no discount...like half off her food since we left half of it there to be tossed. No voucher, reimbursement or gift card. Just an "I'm sorry." 🤢 Do better Chili's. If you mess up you gotta make it right. 👎 **EDIT** Customer service reached out to me with a gift card that compensated me for my Mother's meal. So at least she can go back and get food and I didn't feel like I was throwing money away.“

“Had an amazing lunch at this location. The male hostess was awesome in providing small talk and was happy to provide door service. Lisa, our waitress, was helpful, had fast service and very friendly. The food was so delicious. Best Mushroom and Swiss burger I have had in a very long time!! Whoever is running this location has some very good staff! The restaurant was clean and also bathrooms. Definitely will be returning to this location. I give 5 stars!! Keep up the good work. :)“
