“The food was great, fresh, the fries were homemade, good atmosphere, but the only sauces they have are spicy ones, including the ranch. The only other downfall is the non-alcoholic drinks, no refills only glass bottles, staff was friendly so overall a good experience.“

“I picked up a philly cheese steak with mushrooms, onions and mayo with small fries yesterday. I ordered the multi grain bread. The sandwich was good but I think I would like it on white better. Love the fresh cut fries with vinegar and ketchup. They were quick to serve and pleasant.“

“Kudos to the 3 young ladies that were working at the time of the tornado warning today 8/6/24. I had placed an online order before leaving Mentor, as I proceeded to the store the emergency alert started and then it started pouring rain and getting windy. I ran in and got my order and they offered my child and I to come in and shelter in place. I had my mother in the car so I declined and said thank you but we would be fine. After returning to the car I stopped and read the alert about finding shelter and started to re-think their offer. We decided to go in and take cover. They were very kind and set us up with some chairs in the hallway back by the bathroom away from the front windows. We sat there and waited until the coast was clear. As we were leaving we all wished each other well and my son offered his compliments on the smoothies. Then we were on our way. My point is, the smoothies were good but more importantly than that, it was the kindness and character of the good humans that I came into contact with at that moment. Thank you girls ?“

“It's a chipotle version of build your own meal you start off with the portion container you want choose a pasta, sauce and protein and then go down the line adding vegetables, onions, cheese other sauces or do a specialty order from the menu or different meat cooked how you want. A friend of mine got a Salad ? said it was awesome. I haven't tried one yet and they have cheesey ? it's called another name it's rectangular shape. Pretty good.“

I just had a really bad experience at the University circle location and this location was completely different thanks to the lady’s working. They were professional, helpful, and delightful! “The smoothies are great, but there needs to be a work culture that shows professionalism. I was there yesterday around 530 or so, there were two staff members(a young lady and a young male), who were cursing and playing while customers were in the lobby. i ask the young man could I have my drinks because he qas so focused on her, that he seemed distracted. (puppy love, I get it). Moreover, I'm all for the young folks taking charge, but the owner should invest in more customer service training. with that being said, I know that the product sales itself, so the owner probably isn't worried about customer service.
