We typically have breakfast there on Thursday mornings after a business meeting - and it's always a pleasant experience. Helpful and friendly wait staff, good home-cooked food (I assume it's home-cooked - it sure tastes home cooked!) and prices that fit my budget nicely. Oh - and they know how to make blueberry pancakes the RIGHT way - so there's that. ;)

Had lunch today at Alexandris with a friend and it was a nice place to eat and catch up. I ordered the meatloaf dinner. It was only $7.89 and came with potatoes, veggies, and soup and salad bar. How can you beat that? Sandwiches were around $6 and everything else was very reasonable too. The salad bar was very fresh and well-stocked. We had good service. I would definitely come back next time I'm in the mood for cheap eats/salad bar in the area.

This place has a cool diner feel offering homestyle breakfast favorites. They have a huge selection of omelets, skillets, pancakes, and waffles. I LOVED their deluxe omelette and Hungarian hash. Mary, our server, was absolutely accommodating; probably one of the best in customer service. Overall, the food range is diverse and tasty, with healthier options like avocado and other fresh fruit. The service is exceptional and my husband and I felt very welcome from beginning to end.
