Went in on a Saturday afternoon, ordered a meatball sandwich and steak fries. Asked the server if I could have cheese and bacon on my fries with a side of ranch, and she said she had to go ask the manager! You have to ask the manager if I can have cheese and bacon...Seriously!!! Server returns and tells me that the manager said NO! Was told that I had to order some appetizer with fries and cheese if I wanted the cheese and bacon! So I cant have it on my side of fries, but if I order the appetizer, I can have what I asked for...Strike 1! Food comes out, and the first thing we notice is the the steak fries are actually seasoned potato wedges! Excuse me, the menu says thick cut steak fries, not seasoned potato wedges...Strike 2! I bite into the meatball sandwich and the meatballs had no flavor whatsoever! If it wasn't for the little bit of sauce and cheese, there would have been no flavor! Ended up eating 2 of the meatballs with a fork, and was finished! Still had the bread and full plate of potato wedges that I did not order, so I just asked for the bill! What place tells a customer that you can't have cheese and bacon on your fries unless you order the higher priced appetizer? This place was a huge disappointment, and a waste of money! Will not return, and I would not recommend to anyone unless you haven't eaten in a week, and it's the only place open!

WAKE UP: The food was so good my first time and tried to place a to go order that turned into a massive pain. The girl had to grab someone to help her because she couldn’t handle a burger to go. Then they tell me I have to pay $1.50 extra for onions and pickles (normal stuff) and that I’m not allowed to just leave the bacon off instead! So petty.

First of all, let’s start out with the food! I had my meal personally prepared by Tyler. Unbelievable food. I’ll go back 1 million times just because of the way he treated us and our food with care. Service was great as well however, our minds were set on food and he absolutely delivered!

Service sucked, ordered a sandwich with no tomato. The server didn't write the order down and of course my sandwich has tomato on it. Then she got annoyed that I said it was wrong. Will not be going back.

Our bartender/server was great. We ordered the sampler platter for $26 and there were only two mozzarella sticks amongst the other things. Why only two mozzarella stcks ?
