I’ve had several experiences here to where the manager not only treats the customers like crap but the employees as well. The other day I was there and I was being helped by a friendly older lady and the manager turns around and yells for her to stop and let somebody else help me. I was in the middle of ordering so the older lady turned back around and kept helping me so the manager yells again “Now” ! For her to stop. Another time I was here she yelled at another employee because they came to take my order and she told them the customers can wait.
When I come to spend my money I don’t expect to hear customers can wait in such an aggressive tone, not a give a minute or I’m sorry we are doing a shift change or whatever the issue.
I see they never keep many employees here as I frequent this place often so I’m assuming it’s the manager but I blame upper management for not taking the time to wonder why employees don’t stay or even why sells go down as I’m sure that most customers walk away if they hear they can wait when they are just trying to spend their money. I walked away the day she said customers could wait with my children crying because they wanted the pretzel bites, this is a problem that I feel they should check into to see what is going on.

I only give this shop a three because rarely do they have everything available, unlike the shop at Beachwood Place, where every item is available all the time. However! However, foe some reason the taste of the food at Great Lakes is better than at Beachwood. So I guess you can choose from limited availability and having to wait for your food to be ready but tasty, or immediate gratification but average taste.

Exceptional service!! Caleb is the best along with his coworker at 7:15pm 8/15/25. Everything was made perfectly! Wanted to leave a tip but, couldn’t find tip jar!!

Didn’t get to get anything cashier had a smart mouth only cause I asked did they have any more pretzels only one pretzel on rack looked like it had been there all day she got smart and said it’s been there a half hour I told her I didn’t want that other man cashier was being lazy not doing anything that’s why no pretzels were made not going back there terrible service

Seen this place here for eons. Finally had some extra money and gave in. Bought two kids of pretzels. Both tasted awful and at the price of some you would get at a stadium.

After seeing how the manager treats employees and customers, I can't consciously patronize this establishment. While waiting in line, a few teenagers were harmlessly goofing around and she threatened to call security and have them kicked out. These were customers! Not much longer afterwards, she belittled one of the employees. I walked out of the line and so did a few others. They were clearly understaffed and the young manager lacked any communication skills. Immature.

The worst managed location. Joni the female manager should be fired. lazy and purposefully making people wait in long lines. Get on a register and do something rather than make excuses why your store is so slow at serving customers! Saying you have someone leaving in 10 minutes, you could have gotten your line down in 5! The owner would not be happy to see business walk away because of your poor attitude and management!

I'm saying, it was 30 whole ass dollars for 2 orders of pretzel nuggets, cheese and drinks. The pretzels weren't even fresh and were cold and hard. DON'T even bother stopping here.

They move so slow every visit! I don't understand how I end up in line 15 -20 minutes with 6 people in front of me. Beachwood mall and Strongsville mall move so fast with less people working behind the counter.
