This is the second time we have them a try only to be disappointed yet again. The ribeye is almost 1/3 fat! The ambience is nice. The hostess that sat us was sweet. The waiter seemed quite distracted and not too interested in anything we needed. Very unfortunate since this was a celebration dinner for our son after doing so well in his mid terms.
Reservations mean nothing. Walk-ins are given dinning room seating while with a reservation we were only offered high top seating or next to front door. Dinning room tables were still available, but SNUB and RUDE hostess indicated she couldn’t seat us there and walked away. This after seating a walk-in couple in a dinning room booth just in front of us. We asked, but no explanation offered. We stayed, but shouldn’t have. Food was average. When you go to a restaurant know for steak you would expect a steak that knocks your socks off. Our dinners this evening were very disappointing. The steak at Applebee's tastes better than this place. All of the food is way over priced and the quality is terrible. The rice is mushy and has a terrible taste and the ribs are dry and tough.
