Ordered soup - it was cold - sent it back took 20 minutes to get hot bowl. Ordered sampler - was missing the mozzarella sticks - no bill reduction. Overall not a great experience.

Food took extremely long to come out, even dessert took 15 minutes When the food did come out one of the meals was incorrect Food was mediocre but dessert was very good

I had a delicious Ahi tuna salad, but there were fewer pieces of the tuna in it than in the picture on the menu and they forgot to put the avocado in it. Our server was excellent and brought a dish of avocado to add to the salad.

The food was absolutely delicious. Our waitress (Elysia) was phenomenal. It was a very busy time, and yet she acted with such patience and kindness. Even a sense of humor, which we love. I would come back time & time again, especially if we had Elysia as our waitress every time!

I absolutely love this place ! There are times that I frequent this establishment more than three times a week. My friend, and I find it, A great place to have a unique drink, and the staff always remembers us, and makes us feel special. I am a professional parent, my kids are grown. I have a grandson, but when someone has a child that is producing blood curdling screams for more than 30 minutes, plus, And when asking the manager to do something about it and he assures us they’re leaving soon and they don’t I find it difficult to return. I understand you cannot control children,, but as there parent , you can remove them, for the sake of the entire restaurant. I am disappointed that the manager felt that we should all suffer, for the sake of the restaurant being a corporate entity, which is what he conveyed, and that he was powerless. I’m a business owner myself, and I for one would’ve never let this go on for the length of period That it did we actually left approximately 30 minutes later and these people were still in the restaurant with their child. I am disappointed, and disenchanted with this establishment, which is a shame. Because I bring my family here and friends quite often

Just spent 20 mins waiting at this location. No one even acknowledged us once we were sat. Even the manager walked past with nothing said. Very disappointed especially since we usually enjoy the restaurant.
Went to a neighboring restaurant and we were in and out in 30 mins.

We came to have dinner on 9/3 My husband and I are big BJs fans we have been to different locations all over the country and even have the app. The Cleveland location is specially disappointing. A burger and a pizza took almost an hour. Kitchen manager was not helpful or understanding of our frustration and did nothing about it. Bartender (Malik) was just trying to do his job so I appreciate him.. unlikely to be back which is disappointing because we have been coming here for a long time.
