Just had some miso soup and a tuna roll. They weren't busy so they customized some things for me but said they can't do that when it is busy. Service was very friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing.

Last night was our first time at Blue Fin and without a doubt was the best Sushi in lake county. Staff was friendly and food was absolutely amazing! Cannot wait to go back.

Spectacular sushi here in Mentor tgat I feel is overlooked. We got the Highlander roll and the Moonfire roll, the gyoza appetizer, and an order of Tamayo nigili, and we're not disappointed. The Moonfire roll is served tableside, surrounded in flames and has a great, smoky accent!

Not much to write home about. Sub par quality for the price. Only stopped in on a whim since I was driving through the area. Atmosphere is okay, nothing above average. I ordered the spicy salmon roll to play it safe (it wasn’t) expecting the classic assembly of: spicy salmon, rice, seaweed. You know, as you would assume a spicy salmon roll would be. The menu didn’t have any specifics about the item so I had not reason to anticipate getting a roll filled with bread crumbs (questionable if so). The whole thing made me suspicious of the quality of the raw fish, regardless of it being a minimal amount of it due to the filler, so I decided to toss my breadcrumb roll in the bin. I wouldn’t have ordered it if I’d known it had gluten in it regardless, loved one has an allergy to it.

Will keep coming back. We typically order out delivery, but today decided it was worth dining in. I'm currently on diet restriction, and they custom made us an udon soup that was very good in miso broth. Honest atmosphere answer, it's really cold out, I could have used a little more heat, but I'll just double up my socks next visit, because the food and service was worth it. Thank you!
