Blue Fin has become the go-to spot for me and my girlfriend, whether it’s a date, a casual lunch, or just when the sushi craving hits. The prices are more than fair for the quality, and the taste is always on point—fresh, flavorful, and consistent every time. On top of that, the presentation is incredible. You can tell the chefs put real artistry into every roll, which makes the experience feel special. Blue Fin delivers on all fronts: price, taste, and craft.

Had dinner here on 8/31. Food was really good, staff was very friendly, portion size was huge, and price was reasonable. Will dine here again, next time I'm in town!

Disappointed by the Quality and Service
My husband and I recently dined at Blu Fin and, unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. While the food presentation was nice and the Vegas roll was delicious, the service and handling of a food quality issue left much to be desired.
Our server seemed rushed and pushy from the start, which made us feel hurried while placing our order. We ordered two hibachi dinners—my husband had the filet mignon and chicken with a side of grilled shrimp, and I had the filet mignon and lobster.
Shortly after the food arrived, I noticed the lobster had an extremely strong, unpleasant odor and an unmistakably fishy taste—clear signs that it was not fresh. I discreetly removed the lobster from my plate and informed our server when he returned. He took the plate back to the kitchen with a brief “oh, okay” and never returned with an apology, replacement, or any offer to make it right.
When we received the bill, I was surprised to see that I was still charged for the full lobster and filet mignon dish. I had assumed the lobster would be removed from the bill, considering it was inedible and had been acknowledged by the staff. Rather than argue, we paid and left quietly.
While I understand that not every dining experience will be perfect, I do expect a basic level of customer care and accountability—especially when it comes to food quality. Sadly, based on this visit, I won’t be returning to Blu Fin.

Had an amazing time here! The menu is huge, with a ton of fun choices, the service was excellent, and the food was so good. I am a really big fan of sushi, and I was so impressed by theirs! We immediately planned our next trip here because the food was so good. My husband had the curry, and loved it just as much as I loved the sushi. This was an excellent experience.
