Every time I’ve gotten a Carmel Cold Brew from different Brueggers locations they are delicious. However, every time I’ve gotten one at this location , it has let me down. This was until Tuesday, May 20th when DEBBIE made it for me. This was the best coffee ever , Debbie pls teach ur coworkers how you make the Carmel cold brew and thank u for enriching my Brueggers bagel experience.
The staff is always friendly, bagels fresh and if you ask for them to be dark toasted they make every effort to comply. Eating area is clean. Matt relates well to staff and customer's alike.
They do an extraordinary job here at the MENTOR
location. Every time I go in there, they are friendly, helpful, and the service is fast. The food is always correct, and delicious! I will keep going, and going, and going!
