Disappointing that instead of ordering the food like normal and watching the process and being able to communicate what you want, you just have to order at the register and wait till you get home to find out your order is wrong. I preferred the past way but still good food. This location is calm and quiet. It's now designed to be in and out with the lobby being closed. The sandwiches (western and the new smoke) were fresh and made reasonablely fast. The staff was nice.
