Charleys Cheesesteaks

They have a delicious variety of sandwiches and sauce combinations.
I've had the Teryaki Chicken and the original Philly cheese steak. My husband loves the Teryaki Chicken and Chicken Philly cheese steak and fries.

I love Charley’s but I find it very rude that I have to bag my own meal? I feel it I’m paying $10 for a meal it should atleast come ready to go.

Chicken buffalo sub. Best sub ever. Made me take a visit to the commode 5 times, would recommend but expect punishment later. Quite literal banger.

I told the cashier what I wanted then the steak sandwich comes back with cheese..I said I didn’t want cheese then the women on the line says “did you say no cheese” , I wouldn’t of told you to take it off…but I simply said “yes” then she ripped it off the top and throws it as the trash can(it ended on the floor). If I knew it would be that big of a deal I wouldn’t kept my money! When I first ordered the cashier sits my drink on the other side of the drink dispenser so I had to walk back to get it (but didn’t do it to the two older women in front of me) it’s just unnecessary pettiness! I don’t understand just give me what I paid for. The most shocking part was telling people to submit reviews with that service…

Tastes like old griddle grease. Nothing on sandwich worth tasting. Service, except for the girl taking the order, was unfriendly. Go to Jersey Mike's. Way better.

I went here the other day for my lunch break and I wanted to order a gourmet fry and add chicken and mushrooms to it but they told me I could not Even though you can pay to have those things added to a sandwich they told me they would not put it on fries and even though I offered to obviously pay for the additions they told me it's something they could not do which I think is ridiculous because if I can pay to have it put on my sandwich or pay for extra why can't I just have it on top my fries I've been going there for my lunch breaks for a little over 2 years and not that it matters to the company but I will not be going back because I think that is an extremely ridiculous rule

The Manager is rude doesn't let people get a refund for stuff. Shes racist homophobic will cause a scene if you have a strange tone in your voice don't go to Charley's in great lakes mall

Was told they where closed at 7:30pm whens states 8pm online. Glady took my money elsewhere.

Cheesesteak had a rancid smell. I asked my wife to smell the cheesesteak - she agreed. I drove back to Mentor to return it. I did not get an apology from the manager. All I got was denial. Rancid smelling food and poor customer service. Will not visit again.
