The service here is amazing and the atmosphere is great. My only concern is that I got pickles on my burger and they were so soggy. I’m not sure if it’s just this restaurant, or a new thing, but they did not seem fresh. They were too chewy and not crunchy, like a pickle should be. But other than that, the food was amazing.

Do not order door dash from here. Do not take a delivery from here. They are absolutely awful with time. 15 mins waiting and the order still wasn’t close to coming up. They have no respect for drivers times at all. They expect you to sit for 20 mins or more and waiting for orders. Terrible service

Went to the new 5 Guys in Willoughby let's just say not best customer service ordered burger fries shake order up no fries than had to wait again with myself and 1 other person for time spent in there and error on order should have just given fries on the house also tomotoes put on burger didn't ask for tomatoes I do not eat tomatoes due to acidity-burger made sloppy. Hey show pride in your job or find somewhere else to work. O last employee go to tell me o we don't do combo orders here fries come separate duh I know this ate at 5 Guys geez.

The Burger and fries were very good. I think the fries are the best I've had in a while. My only issue with this place is the fact that 3 burgers and 2 fries cost over 40 bucks!!! We could have gone to Applebee's and have better choices for the amount of money we spent.
