The service here was just ok. Friendly, but very slow and forgetful. In fact, our server had forgotten something and a supervisor happened to walk up and ask us if we need anything. We explained what we needed and she said she'd be right back with... she never came back. I waited for some time for a tap beer I ordered. Finally the server came out and told me they were changing the keg and it would be out soon. She should've told me that right away and offered something else. Maybe it was because they were busy. I'm giving it 3 stars overall because the food was very good.

Menu is mostly burgers with a few other things mixed in. Good food. I suggest the tortilla burger and the chili. PLEASE bring back the Ranger burger. It was one of my all time favorite chili burgers!
After waiting for 45mins for my food, my meatloaf was burnt. I was with a party of about 25. About 4 more of my sisters didn't like their meal. The waiters and waitresses were nice.

We've had many great experiences at Max & Erma's. The burgers are good. The fries are good and the chocolate chip cookies are good (be sure to order some to go when you order your meals). Perhaps best of all, I can't recall a single bad waiter / waitress experience but I can recall several excellent service experiences. All of this and it's reasonably priced and got a great atmosphere.

We were seated quickly. I had the fish & chips. My wife had the black bean burger. Both were excellent! The server was attentive and our food served hot. The menu seems priced right for this type of restaurant.

Bill was over $60.00 not counting the tip for myself my wife and 3 Small grandchildren. We didn't have much it was a small lunch. The service was excellent though.
