The service here was just ok. Friendly, but very slow and forgetful. In fact, our server had forgotten something and a supervisor happened to walk up and ask us if we need anything. We explained what we needed and she said she'd be right back with... she never came back. I waited for some time for a tap beer I ordered. Finally the server came out and told me they were changing the keg and it would be out soon. She should've told me that right away and offered something...
Menu is mostly burgers with a few other things mixed in. Good food. I suggest the tortilla burger and the chili. PLEASE bring back the Ranger burger. It was one of my all time favorite chili burgers!
We've had many great experiences at Max & Erma's. The burgers are good. The fries are good and the chocolate chip cookies are good (be sure to order some to go when you order your meals). Perhaps best of all, I can't recall a single bad waiter / waitress experience but I can recall several excellent service experiences. All of this and it's reasonably priced and got a great atmosphere.
