I wrote a negative review last week, maybe not on this site, but felt compelled to share another dismal experience at the 7373 Mentor Ave location. I canceled my sip club, but still can use it until Dec. 25, so I decided to grab a hot tea at the drive-through. Once again, at least my 3rd or 4th same experience at the drive-through, I was told the wait was going to 20 minutes because the one car ahead of me was waiting for their food order. new Mentor store is horrible. spent 15 dollars on stale bagels that are miniature in size compared to other Paneras. 2 visits so far and I won't be making a third.
Worst Uber delivery order EVER…. You think Panera would get it right! Not at ALL!
Spent $75.00 and we had missing sandwiches, a chicken sandwich ordered had NO chicken in it, The begets were thrown in the bag laying in pieces everywhere. Worst company EVER, with no pride in their work at ALL! Oh and MELISSA THE “SHIFT MANAGER” could care in the least! Good luck to you.
