Many times they just hide in the building and wait for people to leave so they dont have to work or will tell you they are out of everything you try to order. If all else fails theyll tell you its a 45 minute wait for chicken which is literally the whole reason people go to popeyes? I wish corporate would just shut this pitiful location down by now as its not fair to the people that dont know any better who are left out in the cold. Ive given them several chances to see if its a crew or staffing problem, but nothing has changed since it opened in 2023.
On a side note, what motivated me to write this specific review was the fact that as of my last visit i was the only car in the drive thru and i still waited a good 45 mins just to receive food poisoning from the supposed "fresh" food they spent 45 minutes "making" lol

I know they have bad reviews. Give them another chance. I come at least 3 times a month. They have amazing customer service. They are still sometimes out of stuff, but they are working hard to make customers happy.

Just go ahead and close this place. Worst Popeyes I have EVER had! If I could give this a -50 I would. Staff? RUDE. Food? OLD. I intentionally and very politely asked if I could wait for fresh food as I know it was a little late. They asked me to pull up to the window. 20 min later they come out with a big full of food that’s barely hot! No condiments, no sauces, not even a napkin. The food taste like I was eating cardboard. I can’t believe this restaurant is still open. Let’s hope I’m not dead from food poisoning in the morning!! Absolutely awful experience

I ordered all white meat chicken and paid for all white meat chicken drove all the way home to middlefield Ohio to find it was wrong! I got legs and thighs! They don’t answer their phone! It’s ridiculous! Don’t bother to go or make sure you check your order before you leave!!!!!! Extremely disappointed!

Sold out of chicken thighs by noon on a football Sunday. Asked if we would take white meat replacement for the thighs. Didn’t have a choice so said yes. Then they upcharged us for the white meat. Overpriced for average chicken and cole slaw.
