First off I love mall asian food but I wanted to try something different. The food here is different than the other places in the mall. I like the sticky chicken with noodles. For no extra charge they make it spicy if you ask. I really enjoy the flavor of this food savory, sweet, and spicy my favorite.

Love the pho! Exactly what I was craving when I was sick.
You don’t expect greatness in a mall, but it lives here. The bánh mì was fresh and flavorful, and the spring rolls were so crisp and addictive that I returned a few days later just to order them again. Simple, fast, consistently delicious.

This was really good! Had the chicken pho, not spicy with all the very fresh toppings. Service was lovely and was even served in a ceramic bowl despite being in the mall. Gentlemen who prepared it was quick and kind and even topped off the broth when I asked for a to-go container. Will def be back!

Amazing food and always the best service. I’ve been getting food from here for about four years now. I love their pho and their vermicelli bowl. The sweet man working always makes my food spicy like I love it. By far my favorite place between Eastlake, mentor, and Willoughby to get some Vietnamese food!

Super yummy. The man who owns this restaurant is very friendly. Note that it can be hard to communicate if you need to customize your order (due to preference or allergies or something like that) due to a language barrier, but he is very accommodating to me. I used to get pho here all the time! Sadly, ingredients are getting more expensive and malls are not getting as much foot traffic so prices have risen a lot in the last few years. Now I get it when I want a special treat because it is a little expensive. I would still recommend you go if you haven't yet.

Best pho I’ve ever had in Ohio. Don’t be deterred by the unassuming mall court.

My experiences have been not well at this restaurant I have a great aunt from Vietnam so I know authentic food when I taste it. They over charge for everything I paid $3 for 2 cups of sauce on the side! At first the man told me no because it doesn’t come with my order. The food is bland. I will continue to take the 35 min drive to downtown Cleveland to pho lee’s and superior pho i suggest no one come here.

Food was not great. Has dried limes sitting out no fresh herbs. Service was typical bad Asian service. Atmosphere was at a food court at a dead mall.

The beef pho is not authentic. No lime, no Thai basil. Only normal beef in pho, not other choices like flank, brisket, tendon, or tripe. OK for a quick bite, but not cheap (about $17, similar to other places we had pho).
