I was skeptical since it's in the mall, but it's REALLY good food. Everything was fresh and tasty, even the cilantro I got on top of mine was super fresh.Heads up that sometimes if you want a pork chop it takes 15 minutes or so (not all the time though, sometimes they're ready to go).Dietary restrictions: Good if you're avoiding gluten, the vermicelli is rice-based

Would you be surprised if I told you that the total price for the two servings pictured is $40? ? ! ! The chicken and vegetable curry is not even half of the box. ! And it has no taste whatsoever! I'm thinking this is why other restaurants have lot of customer in the line , but theirs is the only one with no customers. It's so So So crazy that you paid $40 for this size food and tasteless.

I should have known not to try this place when I found out it was in the mall food court. The Pho here was awful. The broth tasted "off" or like they added bad fish sauce or something. Almost flavorless except for the "off" flavor I kept getting. I was unable to finish it as I was afraid of getting sick. The spring rolls where ok but just not much flavor. On top of the food being bad, 1 bowl of Pho, 1 spring roll and a large Coke cost me $28 which is ridiculous. Save your money and stomach. Anyone who thinks this place is serving authentic Vietnamese, has never had authentic Vietnamese food.

Great if you like dysentery. I ordered the beef Pho, and they sliced off some raw beef and placed it in the warm stock (not boiling). I think that was the problem right there.I've had Been Pho at other places, but never had the experience of being that sick after it. Not sure I will ever try this place again. I have a feeling they may have some hygiene issues going on that caused me to get so sick.

Great pho, albeit a tad on the sweet side. The special pho comes with a variety of beef toppings with different textures.Vegetarian options: No vegetarian option listed but they’ll make some dishes vegetarian if you ask.

The broth taste like it was out of a box with no additional seasoning or love. The spring rolls were supposed to be veg +chicken, however, chicken was cold and mushy and no vegetables.

Great food, especially when you go early. Dude that owns/runs it is always cool. I'm no expert on Vietnamese food, but I always have a good meal here.

There were very few options available and the order costed $30+ dollars for only two plates and one coke, one with rice+chicken and another with chicken+noodles. One top of this the rice and noodles had been sitting out a long time, rice was hard, noodles were mushy, and the chicken provided was very little.Overall, this restaurant charges much more and provided much less and lower quality food than any other place ive ate with in this cafeteria.

The food is mediocre at best. I really wanted to love this place but it's not great. We waited 30 minutes for spring rolls that had just chicken in it, nothing else, just chicken. The rice noodles are kinda greasy. The chicken is really good, but it's not worth it compared to anything else. The guy working was also really pushy, and kinda forced us to get food from them. I felt too bad to not order.

I went there sometimes when I finished working out from Planet Fitness. I always get special vermicelli, and one time banh mi sandwich. I love eating sweet and spicy, so I always get either spicy chili sauce on top of vermicelli dishes or jalapeno on the sandwich. The guy was so kind and can be friendly talkative when he is not busy! There is also Bubble House next to this restaurant, you can go full Asian mode getting bubble tea or dessert after you get your Vietnamese food here.

Best I’ve had if I could give it 6 I would ,,,I work in Downtown Cleveland and love PHO my go to were always Superior Number one and Pho thang . If you know you know. This is my new go to place, the broth is spot on. Owner is Vietnamese so I would expect no less very friendly and wonderful food. Wife had chicken stir fry with rice noodles and she gave it a five star.. If you want good food don’t hesitate after reading other reviews keep in mind this is authentic Vietnamese, I pay more in Cleveland for lesser quality PHO. If you want food court Chinese get the bourbon chicken across the way which is made for Americans but not much cheaper.
