Super yummy. The man who owns this restaurant is very friendly. Note that it can be hard to communicate if you need to customize your order (due to preference or allergies or something like that) due to a language barrier, but he is very accommodating to me. I used to get pho here all the time! Sadly, ingredients are getting more expensive and malls are not getting as much foot traffic so prices have risen a lot in the last few years. Now I get it when I want a special treat because...
The beef pho is not authentic. No lime, no Thai basil. Only normal beef in pho, not other choices like flank, brisket, tendon, or tripe. OK for a quick bite, but not cheap (about $17, similar to other places we had pho).
Very surprised to find great food at a food court in a mall. This is a diamo d in the rough. I only say rough because of the location. Speed of service was excellent and the food is top shelf. Hope he is around for a long time.
