First and last time visit today for me. Seriously over done dry burnt hamburgers. Terrible untrained, scatter brained waitress who pretty much ignored us, because she 'had other tables'. So I did let the Manager know my impression and that I will never come back. There are way too many better places to go. I'm sure my experience today won't hurt your business but I will be sure to let everyone I know about it. Thanks for a crappy lunch on such a beautiful day.
This use to be the Best Wings in town, now they make up their own hours and close at 9:30 on Monday nights. It's no wonder why I never see people in there after 7pm. I drove 20 minutes from work to eat wings and watch some Football. Young girl cuts me off at the door and says sorry we CLOSE at 9:30 tonight...This will be the next franchise to close its doors in Mentor. WHAT A JOKE !!!!
