Cassano's is a lifetime favorite. This reminds me of home and, no matter which location, it does not disappoint! Great pizza and subs! It is a must every time I'm close enough to a restaurant (I don't live near Cassano's), and sometimes I take a drive just for a square slice of home!
We've gotten pizza here before and it was delicious and substantial. This pizza was just simply okay. We ordered some cheesy bread and it was just like a pizza without the sauce. It was kind of odd. It tasted good but it didn't have much substance. I was disappointed in the pizza but I will try it again since it's been so good in the past. I gave the atmosphere 4 stars because it's nothing fancy to eat in - not much environment. It feels like just a carry out...
Food isn't bad. It can actually be good most of the time. The service, though, is often pretty bad. I've had to wait a good while for someone to assist me, despite having multiple workers look me directly in the eyes and all while they laugh and joke (mostly a young woman that works there). Definitely not a happy customer and will be forwarding all of my experiences to the corporate level.
