Manager there is an “A” hole. Refused to give refund for item that was not available at drive through. Forces customers to come inside to get their refunds because he’s too busy to give them at the window. Also told customer that they should have called ahead for availability of items before ordering them through the app. Basically stating it’s the customers fault for the inconvenience and this is how he punishes customers by having to come inside to get a refund. Bought 5 burgers for the kids. Got home to give to the kids not one of the hamburgers had any mustard, ketchup, onions, or pickle. Just a hamburger between a bun. Not going back because you cant get in the lobby to tell anyone and the drive through is too busy. Never again at this location.
Ordered extra ice in my drink, which was coke. Got to the window and they gave me a drink with no ice. They said they didn’t have any. Also, gave me a Diet Coke, not regular coke. I ended up taking two drinks and throwing it out.
