Steak 'n Shake is a restaurant known for its comforting food and unique atmosphere. Customers enjoy quick and efficient service whether they order through the drive-thru or inside. The restaurant is kid-friendly with a children's menu available. Many customers find the food delicious and affordable, often able to eat for under $10. The service is fast, and the food is cooked perfectly and served hot. Some customers mention that they had to order on a computer kiosk and pick up their own food, which they find quick and convenient, though they miss the waitress. The milkshakes are highly praised and considered excellent. Parking is available for disabled customers near the front door. However, the soda machines only work when receipts are scanned, which can be inconvenient. The restaurant is generally clean, although some booths may be torn. Overall, many customers highly recommend Steak 'n Shake for its tasty food and quick service.
